1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or enrolling in any training program offered by Forge Canine Consultants (“Forge”), you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services, consultations, training programs, and interactions with Forge Canine Consultants.
2. Training Services
Forge provides professional dog training, behavior consulting, and canine risk management services. Training results depend on multiple factors including the dog’s temperament, history, health, environment, and the owner’s consistency after the program.
Forge does not guarantee specific behavioral outcomes, but provides professional training methods designed to improve obedience, behavior, and communication between dog and owner.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
• Provide accurate information about their dog’s health and behavioral history
• Disclose any bite history, aggression, or behavioral concerns
• Follow training guidance provided during and after the program
• Maintain consistency in handling and structure after training
Failure to disclose behavioral issues or bite history may result in termination of services.
4. Health & Vaccination Requirements
Dogs participating in training programs must:
• Be in good general health
• Be current on required vaccinations
• Be free from contagious illnesses or parasites
Forge reserves the right to refuse or discontinue training if a dog poses a health or safety risk.
5. Payment Policy
Payment terms are as follows:
• A deposit may be required to reserve a training program
• Full payment must be completed prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon in writing
• Payments are non-refundable once training services begin
Pricing and program availability are subject to change at any time.
6. Cancellation & Rescheduling
Training reservations require advance scheduling.
• Deposits may be forfeited for late cancellations
• Rescheduling requests are subject to availability
• Forge reserves the right to reschedule services due to safety, illness, or unforeseen circumstances
7. Liability Waiver
By enrolling in training services, clients acknowledge that working with dogs involves inherent risks.
Forge Canine Consultants, its trainers, and representatives shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or incidents involving a dog before, during, or after participation in training services.
Clients assume responsibility for their dog’s behavior at all times.
8. Owner Participation
Training results depend on owner involvement and follow-through. Clients are responsible for maintaining the structure, leadership, and training techniques demonstrated during the program.
Forge cannot guarantee long-term results if training guidance is not maintained.
9. Website Use

10. Changes to Terms
